Comes with 4 refills! This air freshener is super small and dainty and comes with 4 of the diffuser sticks. It is very easy to open and slide in the sticks and then close. I just plug it into the outlet in my car and it only diffuses when my car is on and running, but even when it is off the smell still stays in the car. It is not overpowering and it is a nice pleasant scent. Two scents come in the package and I've just put in the citrus one and it smells great.

Love the lime! The citrus scented packs have such a lovely lime aroma! Honestly, it's the most pleasant scent to have in the car while driving. It is uplifting and fresh and very unique! I love that this has a timer to shut off after an hour so that you don't get overloaded with scent. I did a 6 hour round trip yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the aroma the whole trip.

Helps my car smell fresh. I really like the two scents this air freshner comes with. I have never owned an air freshner that you plug into the 12 volt socket, but I do like the idea. This air freshner works well and the scents are strong but not too strong or overpowering and if somehow they are to you, you can always push the button to turn it off. Great product and would be a great gift.
